Shipping Policy

We offer standard shipping for all orders made in ECO Wheat - Straws B.V. Online Store.

Free shipping for Dutch and Belgium citizens (over 79,- EUR).

Free shipping (outside The Netherlands or Belgium and in EU) is provided if the order (after discount, if applicable) is 99,- EUR and above.

We use variable shipping for orders below 99,- EUR in entire Europe. Despite the number of shipments you receive, you will never be charged more than the amount stated on your order confirmation.

We offer free samples in The Netherlands and Belgium with a maximum of 1 package per person, per day. 

Orders are shipped on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding Dutch National holidays).

For in-stock items your order should be processed and ship within 3 working days after order verification and credit approval.

Orders will be processed and shipped once credit card authorization is received.

All packages will be shipped from our distribution center in The Netherlands.

You will not be billed for items purchased with a credit card until the items have shipped.

Note that during festive periods, please allow more time for delivery. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused.
